Chief Executive Officer
Ricky leads the commercial direction, strategic objectives and stakeholder relationships of the group. He brings more than 13 years of business management experience across government, entertainment, hospitality and major events, and holds tertiary qualifications in Accounting and Commerce.
Legal and Corporate
Ivan is a senior commercial lawyer with over 30 years' experience advising on complex mergers, acquisitions and corporate transactions across listed and unlisted entities. He brings legal precision and commercial insight to governance and strategic advisory across the group.
Head of Finance
Tom leads financial management, accounting, payroll, cost control and financial governance, supporting transparent commercial administration and long-term sustainability across the group's service lines.
Head of Risk and Compliance
A seasoned data and risk specialist with experience across security, financial and business services, Federico applies industry regulation and compliance expertise to mitigate risk and safeguard sensitive information.
Head of Growth and Development
Darlene is an executive leader with experience across 13 industries and three countries, working alongside managing directors, CEOs and executive teams on transformation, people strategy and organisational growth. As Head of Growth and Development, she leads initiatives that expand PSG's capability and support its long-term direction.
Head of Operations
Danny brings more than 20 years of experience leading complex, multi-site operations and large service teams. His background combines operational delivery, commercial management and stakeholder engagement, with a strong focus on five-star service standards, clear accountability and consistent performance. As Head of Operations, he oversees service delivery, client relationships and the development of scalable operating models across the group.
Business Development Manager
Dami leads business development activity across the group, supporting new opportunities, client engagement and proposal development. With more than a decade of experience supporting senior leadership and complex operations, she brings strong organisation, discretion and commercial coordination to PSG's growth pipeline.
People and Culture – HR Manager
Tania manages PSG's HR function across recruitment, employee relations, workforce administration and the people processes that support personnel throughout the employee lifecycle. She works closely with managers and employees to provide clear, consistent HR support across the group.
People and Culture – Events Manager
Kelsey brings experience in stakeholder engagement, culture development and workplace engagement. As Events Manager, she coordinates internal events and employee initiatives that strengthen connection across PSG.
Operations Manager – Integrated Services
Tone has more than 10 years of industry experience and currently oversees security, concierge and cleaning across some of Sydney's largest residential and commercial properties, supported by extensive training in security management, close protection and risk-based qualifications.
Operations Manager – Client Services Manager
Josh brings more than 15 years' experience managing large, multi-layered teams across complex operational environments, including workforces of up to 230 personnel, with a strong focus on training, performance and capability development.
Rostering Liaison
Manish brings more than five years of experience in strata and residential concierge roles across some of Sydney's leading developments. Having been promoted from within PSG into his current role, he applies this site-level experience to rostering, workforce coordination and service continuity across the group.
